Wire EDM
CNC wire EDM provides consistent high precision and high quality components necessary for tool fabrication. Currently we stock six (6) high precision CNC wire EDM machines: 2-Charmilles Robofil 2030SI, 2- Sodick AQ350L, and 2-Sodick AQ560L models. The smallest wire available is 0.004 inches. In addition, every three (3) years we replace and upgrade our wire EDM machines to make sure we have the latest technology available.
