Tool & Die Design
Our experienced design team works closely with each and every customer to make sure things are done carefully, accurately and efficiently from concept to completion. Our team holds regular sessions with customers over vast distances with online meeting and conference provider WebEx. And at TCM, the General Manager, engineers, tool makers and designers collaborate with each other to generate the best design concepts before formally presenting tool design concepts to customers.
TCM also has a flexible business model which allows customers to essentially tailor our services according to their specific needs and requirements. For instance, when customers request us to produce CAD files (3-D) from hand-drawn prints (2-D) we can do so quickly and with short notice. We provide rapid reverse engineering and prototyping services on a regular basis!
