Prototyping
One of the most important departments at TCM is our rapid prototyping department. We can progress from design to prototype in very short time since we have the following in-house capabilities:
- Chemical Etching – within 3 days ( Max size 150 X 300mm, and thickness up to 0.5mm thick )
- Quick form tool and Rapid Plastic Mold building capabilities
- Loose or reel-to-reel prototype metal parts
- Nitrogen heat treatment process
- Barrel or selective plating
- Plastic and metal part prototyping, such as, insert molding
- Material source from US & German suppliers available ( Brown Metal, E-Jordon, Olin & Wieland )
