EDM Die Sinking
We currently have in our inventory sixteen (16) high precision CNC EDM die sinkers and among them are Sodick and Charmilles models, which are capable of producing super finishes for mold and spare tooling fabrication. By using silver-tungsten electrodes, we can achieve excellent surface finish for the most demanding plastic injection applications. We also have extensive knowledge on core & cavities fabrication for Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) connector molds.
